As an A&R intern at Public School Records, an entirely student-run record label, I assisted in managing a roster of 5 bands, personally sourcing 1, and maintaining a centralized database of producers, sound engineers, venues, and studios. I researched and evaluated local artists through live performances and social media, initiating outreach and facilitating introductions with the executive team and creative and marketing teams for artist development. I also produced 3 long-form videos for artists to support their branding and promotion.
