As a Grammy U Ambassador for the Recording Academy’s San Francisco Chapter, I tracked and managed lead generation data across a 600-member community, increasing membership by 13% in 2.5 months through targeted outreach and audience analysis. I collaborated with artists, executives, and fellow ambassadors to coordinate programs and digital content for Grammy U’s educational and networking initiatives, including artist Q&As and partnerships like Dolby. I also delivered presentations at industry events to communicate program value to emerging music professionals. As a Grammy U member, I gained firsthand experience in music licensing, publishing, and A&R by shadowing industry professionals and attending exclusive events, including Tate McRae’s and Laufey’s soundchecks and sessions for HAIM on tour, developing practical insights and connections across the music business.
