As a marketing strategy consultant, I helped lead a brand awareness project targeting Gen Z and college students. I collected over 100 research touchpoints through surveys and 1-on-1 interviews to map potential consumer buying experiences, aiming to increase brand awareness and consideration by 17%. Based on these insights, I formulated a top-funnel strategy that combined data-driven analysis with creative storytelling to drive engagement, brand affinity, and conversion among Gen Z consumers.
